Company is a "service provider" or "processor" to our customers (i.e., health care providers) with respect to certain categories of Personal Data of our customers' patients that we may receive or collect from our customers in connection with our provision of products or services to such customers, namely data related to (i) the provision of health care to a patient, or (ii) the past, present, or future physical or mental health or condition of a patient; or (iii) the past, present, or future payment for the provision of health care to a patient (such data, "Patient Data"). This Privacy Policy does NOT apply to such patients or their potential rights with respect to such Patient Data.
